Perfect match. it engaged with other technic gears like the original Lego plastic parts.

The quality is great, the o-ring in the axle points ensures a snug but not too-tight of a fit. Only down side to this gear is that it does not fit the Lego chain link. This gear otherwise meshes perfectly with all other appropriate Lego gears.
