Very effective, especially with a night tea. Really helps get me to sleep and have a much calmer sleep. My only negative is the stivoly flavour- I personally dont like the stivia type flavour and would prefer it not in there at all. Otherwise brilliant

The Best Sleep I've Had in Ages!

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I’ve been sleeping so incredibly well since incorporating it into my nighttime routine. I feel like I’m getting such a deeper, more restful sleep and waking up feeling refreshed! The flavour is lovely too, making it such a nice way to wind down before bed. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Like the taste, a bit sweeter than I expected,but it is pleasant to drink and it helps me to feel better relax before bed time.
