Probably a little sweet for my current use. I am using one of the newer thoughts putting good fats and protein at the beginning of the meal to lessen carb spikes. Turns the old "soup to nuts" (used once to say from beginning to end) on its head putting nuts (or in this case seeds) at the beginning of the meal.

Amazing Healthy Snack
Great taste and love that Sachi inchi seeds are a protein powerhouse and have more Omega 3’s than salmon (17 times per ounce). Really like being able to order in bulk. Would prefer to have them in organic.
