There was an issue with the shipping and I decided to write an email to ask about the major delay. I got a reply in two days and then a follow up email to explain what happened. They QUICKLY sent out another shipment even though it was not their fault to me. The coffee was so good btw and helped me and my husband stay awake for an overnight security shift we volunteered for. Definitely recommend this product!
