The runner came out beautifully! The Exquisite Portrait Arctic is soft underfoot, was easy to install, and is now Milo's favorite place to hang out! From ordering samples to the finished product, dealing with Direct Carpet and Keith has been fantastic. I fix a lot of my own stuff, and this has been the best experience I have had working with a supplier. I learned so much! If you want to DIY your stair runner, use Direct Carpet, watch Keith's videos and follow his advice: get the right tools, follow your own personal preference, and most importantly, "don't stress, it's only carpet!"
