Not to hot not cold.
I liked the blue black option. There is a prickly feel to the top when you were it. I washed it first but it was still a little prickly even after that. Once my body heated up in the run I didnt notice it. Overall happy with the thermoregulation of heating and cooling. Happy to wear it each run when I need.
