Unlacquered Brass Kitchen Faucet

The kitchen faucet set was absolutely beautiful, hand crafted elegance that would last generations. The brass finish was remarkable. I unfortunately was not able to keep it because the faucet set and sprayer was shipped from Morocco and took 2-1/2 weeks to arrive and I was pressed for time from my countertop installer. Customer service was very helpful, polite and friendly. I shipped it back unfortunately on my dime which costed me $55 dollars. But I was able to get a full refund minus my cost for return shipping. If you plan to purchase make sure you take into account the long lead time.

No directions

I love the look. Only problem is we can’t install the sprayer because it doesn’t fit through the hole of the base. There are also no directions to see if there is any way to get the sprayer in the hole.

Scratched, dented, multiple black marks and showed up without instructions. I reached out to the company and didn’t get adequate help. Seriously considering not buying the pot filler. These products are too expensive to come in this condition
