This was a birthday present for me from me. These are my colors, black, red, and gold sparkles. I was waiting to see how the Scorpio hooks were going to look once they were released. Since these are my colors, I had to get the entire set. They were on sale and I had a coupon. Woo hoo!

Great crochet hooks in my zodiac sign! I love the red & black combo of colors and hoped to get a hook with lots of red in it. i bought 2 x 8.0 mm Scorpion hooks. The first one had just the tiniest bit of red so I bought a second one hoping to get one with lots of red. The 2nd Scorpio hook had a bit more red than the first one but not as much as I’d hoped for. But my desire for more red color is an aesthetic thing while these Scorpio hooks are true to Furls exacting standards for fine crochet hooks. I love my collection of Furls Crochet Hooks!
