Bad customer service

Product itself is fine but customer service was not, i ordered this on black friday 2025 and did not receive it until February 2026 and with no easy way to contact anyone i had no idea what was going on and when I finally did contact someone he refunded my money even though i told them i would just wait, and then said i could just re-purchase the item and i would be refunded the difference of the black Friday discount and the refund was never issued and now they are back to not responding
