Beautiful Ring and Very Helpful Staff

Sarah was very helpful and communicative! I had a ton of questions which were all answered quickly and thoroughly. I substituted a peridot instead of blue topaz and Sarah made the process very easy. The ring itself was beautifully crafted, and my only error was that I sized it wrong (my mistake, as I was trying to discretely measure it as an engagement ring for my partner.) I know they offer resizing within two weeks of shipment, but we opted to resize through a local jeweler so I cant speak to the ease of that process. I have one small nitpick, and that is that the ring box is on the flimsier side. Not a major issue at all, but I did have to fanagle a quick fix to make the box hinge operate properly. Would absolutely order through them again.
