Muntons Connoisseurs Home Brew Kit Range

This was a new brew for me so here's my take on it. Firstly, it took a long time for 1st. fermentation summat like 10 days, and a lot of dead yeast to clear to put the syphon through. Then the 2nd ferm./conditioning was as per usual ie. 3 days on heat pad and then racked for 7 days. I use KingKegs so it always takes a couple to clear all the stuff out of the float tube. TBH, the first few clear had a lot of co2 and pressure and tasted a bit vinegar fly, but after persevering the beer is a very nice drink. I'll do it again but when I can leave it in the barrel for quite longer than usual.
