Super Delicious and Nutritious

The Wild Atlantic Kombu (Saccharine) is absolutely delicious. As the matter of fact, I was so happy with my recent order, that I ordered another 5 lbs. right away. The kombu is nutritious with higher amounts of iodine and glutamic acid which enhances the flavor of any dish. It is tender and creamy in soups and beans. I also snack on smaller pieces right out of the package. I appreciate the small family business. It seems like a lot of consciousness and care is placed in harvesting, drying, packaging and customer service. I highly recommend this company.
