I absolutely love the “yogurt” I make with this probiotic blend. It has helped me kick sugar cravings and I feel so much better. I particularly love how decadent the yogurt is - I add slivered almonds, flax meal and chia seeds and a few berries for a perfect breakfast or lunch. I recently started mixing sugar-free peanut butter powder with MCT oil and mixing that into the yogurt for a satisfying snack that works with a keto diet. So good!

I love this product! It is one of my top three go to microbes for making yogurt.
