Received 1st subscription ordered. Looking forward to seeing my kitten receive her needed supplements. So far so good!

I received the Trial Package of VitaSmart quite some time ago;and neither one of my cats seemed to like it - either the smell or the taste as it was sprinkled on them mixed in with their Purina One that they have ate since birth. So, when I received a reminder that they were going to be sending out the subscribe/save because of the free trial I requested - I immediately sent them an email to them and requested to cancel the order due to my cats not liking it at all for the reason/s listed above, and I received an email back thanking me for letting them know in advance right away in response to their reminder about being near sending out new stuff for me to get. I only gave it a 1 because my cats didn't like it at all - however that doesn't mean that it's a bad product at all - a great concept but it simply didn't work with my 2 - @ nearly 4 years old cats. Thank you anyway - and this is the only product I can answer about.
