The product itself seems to be of good quality and as the descriptions states, but buyers beware of the return & ecchange policy. I dont mind no refunds or even just returning things for only store credit - ok. But, not providing a return slip automatically & making your customer package the returns themselves (often oaying for the package also), take it to a sender AND pay for the return is wild. Way too much a hassle and more expensive than the product is actually worth. Makes it not worth the order, actually it isnt worth the order unless you’re 100% sure of your toddler’s size. So many other companies have a smiliar no refunds policy, but make the exchange provess SO much easier. So just be sure before you order!
