Very poor customer service.

This BB works well with their cushion. I use this for smoothing and with their cushion. This brand they said is a closed system they designed each product to work with each other and so far it’s true. The BB is light at first but when you blend with the cushion it ends up matching your skin tone and I look like I have no blemishes
