Neglectful customer service

Multiple issues across multiple products as well as a nightmare to deal with customer support my first issue was with the stainless steel Pro scoop the handle attachment method is severely inadequate then I had an issue with my carbon fiber handle is really flimsy and bending and the pull handle I bought that attaches to the carbon fiber handle no matter how much you tightened it it was always twisting and not secure onto the handle shaft so far I have brought up one of my issues with ckg and they have yet to give me a replacement handle and the communication has been absolutely terrible they keep saying they're going to send out a replacement but then nothing happens for a few more days and then I might get a response but it's never come even close to any sort of resolutions for my first issue let alone the next two issues that I almost don't even want to start the conversation because of how slow and inadequate the customer support process has been.
