Stronger Than You Think

I have never had a fitness program I liked. It always felt routine or forced. The never ending walks on the treadmill. The soreness of pas injuries. The weakness I still felt after with out any real results. Pvolve has been a Blessing! I should have started sooner. I saw the ads and kept thinking I should give it a try. Well this was the best decision I have ever made. Not only does it make me feel strong it made me stronger. My past injuries are not aggravated by doing this program. I am so in-love with my Yearly Membership. I will continue to add to my collection of equipment. I absolutely LOVE the dozens of video options to work with skilled and educated trainers. I LOVE the convenience of doing my workouts when it works best with my schedule. I also like the ability to filter the class options so I can find classes that meet my needs based on how much time I have to workout, what equipment I have with me, and what areas I want to strengthen. The variety of classes is incredible and helps to keep me interested in new challenges. I am over 60 years old, and taking the online PVolve classes has triggered a motivation for me to get stronger and improve my health.
