It never came and the company has no live customer service agents. You have to play email tag and hope you’ll get a response in a few days. They are supposedly resending my bassinet because “it appears that UPS lost it” although the tracking number is showing that the item was never even picked up. I’ll give it one more week before I dispute the charges with my credit card company.
