Wonderful customer service
I bought these in February at a surf shop in Cocoa Beach. I actually didn’t wear a whole lot because we live in Indiana but by May the Velcro was coming undone and they were not stay fastened. I emailed the customer service department and they were very responsive in handling a replacement pair. I was able to come up with my purchase information and it was within the year warranty. Everything went extremely smooth. I have the sandal in both the black and the white and I love them. They are so comfortable and so versatile. They go with everything.

These are super comfy and pretty lightweight. I got these for a trip to the islands and I am pretty pleased with my purchase. I am usually a women’s 8.5 in other shoe brands, but I stuck with the 8 and they fit perfectly. As a precaution, they might be a bit slippery if you wear them insdoors on harder floors, otherwise I am satisfied.

So Comfortable!
I must have really sensitive feet because I’ve tried so many sandals searching for a pair I could actually wear comfortably. These are the ones! I wouldn’t choose them for a 10-mile walk, but they’re perfect for everyday wear and I can wear them all day without any issues. The straps are soft and comfortable and don’t irritate my feet at all.
