Smells Great

I love this fragrance! This is a vanilla bourbon with a spicy black pepper opening. However (I'm guessing due to the spice factor), the usage rate is really low for body fragrance applications. I also tried as a wax melt, and unfortunately, the spice did not come through the HT. It works well as a perfume at the low percentage, but again, it's very mild. Might work great as a blender, but I have not tried that application yet.
