So cooling, and it leaves a hydrating film under my eyes. I've only used after skincare, I personally wouldn't apply makeup afterwards,as I don't think it'd sit right on top.

Love to use these on long car rides, cooking dinner, or on a walk. Makes me feel refreshed and great for waking up tired under eyes
