Displeased with entire experience

The rug looked cheap and felt like plastic.This company made it extremely difficult to return the rug. The shipping took weeks and they didn't provide a shipping label for returns. I understand paying for returns but not receiving a shipping label is ridiculous. I would not order from this company again.
