Aleck Punks

My Aleck Punks arrived via Canada Post - and I had to pay an additional CAD23 for duties upon arrival. One of the units did not work, so I was sent replacements. That parcel arrived today and I was asked to pay another CAD40 for duties, which I refused. Support had told me I didn't need to pay in the first place as they had already paid duties. But Canada Post had no record of that and said it wasn't true. So now I have a broken unit and overpaid duties for it. I do like the unit that works though, but have to carry around the broken one as well to make it work.

I ordered two pairs of punks. One worked fine, but the other didn't. I contacted customer support and the defective pair was replaced within a couple of days. I am really enjoying the punks!

Muy contento con los auriculares de casco. Se adaptan muy bien y la calidad del sonido es buna. Incluso en las bajadas se escucha bien. Mucho mejor que los auriculares de conducción ósea que usaba hasta ahora. La regulación y los controles muy bien, práctico y funcional. Puedes llevar un auricular independiente o los dos, como prefieras. La única pega es que quizá son un poco largos y según con que gafas me irían muy justos el paso de la patilla de la gafa. Conxlusion: Muy recomendable calidad/precio.
