Women's Mitchell & Ness Knicks Big Face 4.0 Short

I originally ordered a large on May 10 and when I got them, they were comically small. I compared to nike and patagonia larges and the waist band was two inches shorter. I wanted to exchange, but they don’t allow exchanges so you have to pay a return fee. Their website wasn’t working so I ended uo paying $15 to send back. I ordered the next size up the same day I got the large in the mail (May 22), and they still haven’t shipped yet. I have contacted them hoping to cancel my order and I am waiting for a response. I have purchased other knicks items from the msg store after my original purchase and received them weeks ago. I’m not sure what’s going on with these shorts in particular.
