Unsure about delivery

I was really excited about this card because it felt perfect for the person I was sending it to. Unfortunately, I never saw the card in person, and since the package didn’t include tracking, I have no way of knowing if it was ever received. I also haven’t heard back from the recipient or from Liyana Studio, which leaves me uncertain about the delivery. Because of this, it’s difficult for me to comment on the quality of the card itself. While I’d love to say I would order again, the lack of tracking and delivery confirmation makes me hesitant to do so.
