SkyBound StratosPro 12ft trampoline

While I’m going to keep this product and still use it, our overall experience with this trampoline has been very frustrating. I did a lot of reviewing and thought I landed on the perfect fit for our family and price point. When we got the trampoline, it was pretty straightforward to set up. The safety net is a pain to put on, but we didnt have any troubles with it. The ladder that cane with the trampoline did not fit together. The bolts with the ladder were not long enough to hold the pieces together. Then, we purchased the Skybound trampoline cover. It said it was for trampolines with straight poles, but other usesrs had puctures with curved pole trampolines. When we got it in, we realized that for some reason, this trampoline was made with 5 safety poles but the Skybound brand cover was for 6 poles. Skybound doesnt even sell a cover that will fit a 5 pole trampoline. And then my frustration grew, because it is apparently very uncommon for 12ft trampolines to only have 5 poles.
