Willow 360® Wearable Breast Pump

I really want to love this pump, but unfortunately, I’ve experienced more issues than I expected, especially considering the price. I seem to get some type of error almost every time I pump. The troubleshooting prompts are never helpful. Currently, my right pump will not connect to the app via Bluetooth, even after resetting it, clearing the connections, and trying all of the recommended troubleshooting steps. I also had an issue with one of the pumps I originally received not working at all. Customer service was great and quickly sent me a replacement, which I really appreciated, but it was still very inconvenient. For the amount I paid for this pump, I expected a much more reliable experience. When it works, I really like it, but the repeated technical issues have been frustrating and disappointing.

My favorite pump. After four years of having the Willow 3.0, I purchased the Willow 360 and I love it. I wouldn’t use anything else.

This wearable pump is the best! It makes it really easy to get some work done and move around while pumping.
