Mav Pack Template Set - 120% Hack

I ordered the Mav Pack acrylic pattern at 120%, expecting all pattern pieces to be scaled to 120%. Unfortunately, only some pieces were 120%, while others remained at 100%. I reached out to Emporium and was told, “When I created my hacked templates in these sizes, I chose not to extend the depth of the bag, just the overall sizes.” They will not be providing the missing pieces at 120%. This was not disclosed in the listing. Had I known that only selected pieces would actually be scaled to 120%, I would not have placed the order. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the product and the resolution offered. Unfortunately, I will not be placing any future orders with them.
