I like the people and service, but…

The tech staff was great with troubleshooting, which is what led to me buying this product. This board works well and the install was straight-forward. The product, when new, performs well. My reservations have to do with the quality control and perhaps some design trends with Lobster products. I have had many problems with my machine. At this stage, I’m confident that I’ve needed to remount or realign almost every component. The machine seems to shake itself apart.

Just added this to a lobster elite 4 love. Love the machine and this is a great addition.

I used this component to replace the original that had failed. It worked perfectly from the moment I installed it. I'm very happy with it!
