Excellent service from being undecided which colour to the speedy delivery. This is not the first time I've ordered and it certainly won't be the last. So many beautiful colours.

Lovely yarn, good price, arrived quickly! Just exactly what I wanted and was exactly as advertised.

The order was delivered promptly and the customer service is second to none, exceptional. The cashmere itself is wonderful to knit with although if you are new to knitting with it, like me, it does take some getting used to. I was originally going to make a sweater which used the same wool, however the gauge was so far out I needed to use 5mm needles which I didn't like. I've now found a project that is working out beautifully. ive not done enough to share a photo. I'll definitely be using them again. We all know that colours are hard to judge but they were more than willing to send a photo of said colour to ensure its what you want as they understand the expense.
