Runs small

Love this top, but I found it runs small. I’m 5’1”, 120, 34B, athletic build. I wear a small typically in all tops. I ordered this top in a small and it fit everywhere except across the shoulders and in the arms. It was very tight across the shoulders and upper back/traps and the arm openings were super tight into my armpits. I exchanged for a medium, which is loose and comes down almost mid thigh length in the torso, but fits perfectly otherwise. I kept the medium and wear it under an external carrier on duty and love it. I wish the price point was a bit lower.
