Gabriella Machine Washable in Multicolor Rug

I was happy with the rugs but I never received the pillow.

I am sorry to say, but this was a terrible experience. The first rug I ordered I had trouble finding online so I ordered a second one because I could not track my first order. Both rugs came in and the quality is not very good. It is bunchy and does not lay flat on the floor. I also had difficulty with the purchasing process. I contacted Customer Service that I would like to return the rug and he told me I would only get $30 back for it plus pay for shipping and stocking fee. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I give the worst reading to this company.

I want to return rug. Color is not what I ordered. Have sent email for return request. Know you have received my request and ‘are working on return.’ How many weeks does it take to get return and your money back? Email for return is deceptive. Don’t buy from this company.
