Great Pen, Odd Receipt

I have most of the CountyComm pens. They usually come in a sealed pouch or with a sleeve inside the 2part plastic compartment or both. Just received the Zirconium, their most expensive pen, without either…..feeling like a got a returned pen. Three emails later, ‘that’s how we’re sending them out’. Just unexpected for $200.
