I changed from Beef Liver to the Organic Beef Offal (Multivitamin) just to cover more bases with my nutrition & it's not let me down, all day energy with no afternoon crash(not that there was on the Beef Liver caps). This is just part of my daily routine & I feel much better taking one good organic supplement than a host of others.
