Reference Assembly Instructions, Figures 9 and 11: It was difficult to install the Item D spacers between the grill body and the side shelves. I attached the tip of a toothpick to each spacer with 5 minute epoxy then lowered the spacers in place while inserting the A screws. I suggest you come up with a way to complete the spacer installation or clarify the instructions if I misinterpreted them. So far I am very satisfied with the grill. It is a replacement for a Monument two burner grill that I bought four years ago that rusted out. (One reason I opted for the Monument brand this time without considering other brands was that the first two burner grill was made in America. This four burner model was marked Made In Thailand. But I do understand the cost reality of global labor markets. )

Just what we wanted

We have used our new grill twice in the past week and it works beautifully! We had a small broken piece when it arrived, and the replacement part has already been delivered thanks to quick help from customer service.

Great Grill

Generally, the grill was easy to put together, except for a couple of steps. In one sinario holes did not line up perfectly to insert screws, so I just listened other screws and was able to secure all. Cooking on the grill has been great so far with good temperature control. I wish Monument offered pan liners on web site. With that said I am very satisfied an recommended the 325 strongly.
