Revive - 670nm - Red Light Bulb

Does it work?

I have no idea what this is actually doing for me, but I find that when I’m ready for bed and I enter a room with only this 670nm red light bulb illuminating my space, my eyes feel relaxed, and then I feel relaxed, and I find it easier to drift off to sleep and easier to return to sleep if I wake up. I also have 2 of the night lights so that I’m not exposed to blue light upon waking in the night. I don’t know if it “works,” but it makes my eyes feel better and I seem to sleep better.
