Halloween party was October 31 I received my package November 10, November 6 or the seventh one of those days by this time my party is over I don’t need this costume anymore. Your packaging and delivery was totally unacceptable. I’m very frustrated and I would like a refund, I’m not quite sure if I’ll be ordering from here again, tipsy elves, horrible review from me
