Pimax Crystal Light/Super Cable - 5m/DP&USB 2 in 1/power adapter required

I was first sent a cable that was clearly used, dirty and marked. I plugged the cable in and it would not connect to the headset, showing both usb and DP cables as disconnected. I contacted Pimax and a new cable was sent to me... which turned out to be for a different headset! They refunded the cost of the cable (because the headset was in warranty), but they retained the shipping cost! Another cable was shipped and, over 1 month after first contacting Pimax, the cable worked and I was up and running. Still very poor service from Pimax, they desperately need to get a grip of these ongoing issues.
