I tried Campo Grande Pork almost a year ago. I will never eat US . domestically raised pork again. The difference is amazing in the flavor and quality of the meat. The 4 rib roast is a delightful cut of meat, whether you smoke it, or slow roast it, it seriously is the most delicious cut of Iberico you can get. it's rack, it's a chop...it's the best!

While this is not a giant rack that you may see in the typical grocery store, It is plenty for 2-3 people. but the quality of the meat is not comparable! Iberico pork is the best I had since I was a little boy in Taiwan where pork is fresh and farmed locally.
