Ibérico 4-Bone Ribeye Rack

First time

Marinated in white wine with dried thyme and oregano. Grilled a total of 8 minutes at 425 F. Probably would have been better at 7 minutes total,we like it a little pinker. Very tender, moist and delicious!

4 Bone Rack

While the 4 bone rack is an outstanding product, the sizing of the racks is very variable. Three of the 5 racks ordered have a weight of approximately 2 lbs and two of the racks have a weight of 1.25 lbs. As we cut the rack into pork chops and often serve dinner guests a single chop portioning becomes difficult.

Excellent flavor. Not butchered very good. Meat had a cut across it and was almost severed from the bone. Because of this i couldn't cut it into chops as I wanted. I cooked it whole. Very flavorful but barely enough to feed 2 people for $54.
