Best meat ever!!!

We served this meat grilled with a side of orzo with & oven broiled vegetables. For the first course I served Salmorejo, and made a Basque Cheesecake for dessert. The meal was a hit with my guests! They were super impressed with the tenderness and the outstanding flavor of the meat!!!

I cooked this for my family, brother and sister. They absolutely loved it. They couldn't stop talking about it
