Double Wall Spiral Glass Coffee Cups

This is not a cheap glass. I ordered a blue one as a gift for my niece, but we received a green one with some defect on the glass. I wrote emails to request return and refund. No clear directions and response. Now, I have to keep it for myself. Not recommended to buy from this website.

Totally wrong color and with defect. We tried to contact the company but till now we didn’t get a clear answer on how to refund and return.
