I bought this one before. I bought the bottle last time and really like the scent! So I bought the big box this time. I’m love how it makes my clothes smells and that it does not leave a filmy feeling. My clothes are very soft. I do not use fabric softener so this is a bonus!

Zero stars….Never received it. Ordered June 7, 2024, today is June 26, 2024. No phone # to speak to a customer service rep in person to request the product ETA. Send two emails, only received a response over a week ago. Not a happy customer since extremely poor customer communication and customer service. Don’t forget, without your customers, you don’t have a business!!

Impressed!

Works better than expected. Dog towels and rags (the dirtiest & stinkiest) come clean and smell fresh. Better for the environment and our septic system.
