Helps my brain get adjusted for sleep.....

I wear these while watching TV at night before bed. I feel like I get sleepier sooner when I wear these because my brain isn't as overly stimulated with the blue light from the screen. A great way to wind down. They, of course, do change the color quality of the show or movie you're watching, so the colors are not as "real life" but that's the expense I'll pay to live a healthier lifestyle. I hate being blasted with bright, blue light before going to bed.
