The shirt was slightly damaged on an arm seam when I received it. I have purchased a number of products from SR and I have never experienced this type of issue. The quality of their clothing has always been top notch. I contacted Shield's Customer Service and received a new shirt without any issues at all. The new shirt is made with soft cotton and looks good. I have also received a number of comments on the shirt when I wore it. I am very impressed with SR's Customer Service and how they responded to this issue. They have demonstrated their commitment to their customers.
