weird back chains

i’ve had a few necklaces from BIO and i’ve always felt that the hook is smaller than other brands so it’s a little difficult to wear it but other than that issue, the other necklaces were ok. however, additional to that, this necklace has only 3 slightly larger hoops to hook on and it makes it even more difficult to wear it.
