Panama Jungle Hat

I ordered three hats, all size 62cm (I head measured my head to be sure). One fitted, the other two were much too small, including this one. I carefully measured the size of the two smaller hats and they both measured as 60cm. Gamboa did not accept that (despite me sending pictures). They said that I was measuring them incorrectly and the hats only didn't fit because they were a different style. Initially they offered for me to swap the hats for two of different styles, but then they changed that and would only offer a 30%.discount on a different style hat, or a refund if I return the hats at my expense, which I have now done.
