Flexi Stamper Replacement Head

The flexi stamper is great, however, the replacement head is very fragile and prone to cracking. When pressing it onto the stamping plate or twisting the mechanism, it often cracks. Despite being cautious with its use, the issue persists. I'm unsure what further precautions I can take to prevent this problem. It’s frustrating and annoying that I keep having to buy the replacement all the time. It’s getting expensive overtimee buying replacement heads
