So pretty I can't stop staring at it. It has a very intense glow when matte and is textured but doesn't catch on fabric. With a glossy topcoat it is so shimmery and sparkly.

Gorgeous over other colors and by itself. Does dry with a bit of a sandpaper texture but nothing two coats of top coat can’t fix
