Gorgeous over other colors and by itself. Does dry with a bit of a sandpaper texture but nothing two coats of top coat can’t fix

Stunning color. It’s has a nice shift in diff lighting. Polish is alil gritty. Recommend a glitter top coat or a thicker top coat.
