Scout Series Surface Pro 13" 12/11/10/9 Case

I like the case and it fits well. Unfortunately I had to pay import tax and the case was sent to the wrong address.

Product good, shipping process needs improvement

From product point of view, everything is fine. Case fits perfectly and is of good quality. But the purchase and shipping process needs improvement. During purchase process VAT is collected. Shipments to Europe are processed from Hong Kong. But in my case, the shipment was declared as a gift. Therefore, European customs requests payment of VAT again. When conacting customer support requesting UAG's IOSS which would clear the customs, support answered that they do no have rhis number. So I wonder how it works when they collect VAT during purchase process but don't have an IOSS number. Fortunately, UAG refunded the VAT. But still, it required additional effort on customer side. This should be improved on UAG side.

Looks and feels great, protects my Surface, and doesn't get in the way.
